1. Overview
At Ren’s Beverage Operation LLC (“RENFORCE”), we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. We want you to feel confident every time you order from us.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The return request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number)
- Products that have been opened, partially consumed, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return unless they arrived damaged or defective
The following items are non-refundable:
- Gift cards or promotional codes
- Products purchased from unauthorized third-party retailers
- Items returned after the 30-day return window
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at support@renforcedrinks.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
- Ship the Product: Once approved, ship the product back to the address provided in your return authorization. Please use a trackable shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely.
- Inspection: Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a product defect, shipping error, or damage during transit.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the status of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 2–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
- Partial Refunds: In certain circumstances, partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition, are missing parts, or are returned outside the initial 30-day window at our discretion.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.
5. Exchanges
We are happy to exchange products if you received the wrong item or wish to swap variants (e.g., RENFORCE Alpha for RENFORCE Beta). To request an exchange:
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@renforcedrinks.com
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- If the exchanged item has a price difference, you will be charged or refunded the difference accordingly
For exchanges due to our error (wrong product shipped), we will cover return shipping costs and expedite the replacement.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping or is defective, please contact us immediately at support@renforcedrinks.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the damage or defect
- Photos of the damaged product and packaging
We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Damaged or defective claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a free replacement.
